An application has been submitted by Detail Projects to deliver seven flats and a communal roof garden in the upper storeys and on the new floors at Campbell House, 215 West Campbell Street.

The ground floor would remain for office use with 173sq/m of open plan office space to be provided including a dedicated bike store.

If approved, an existing telecoms mast will be relocated to the rear of the property as part of the work.
