South Queensferry Manor by Northcare – which marks the introduction of the Northcare brand to the area – will offer 60 private en-suite bedrooms, providing residential, nursing and dementia care within an environment designed around comfort, dignity and everyday living.

Residents will benefit from a range of lifestyle amenities including a private cinema, hair and beauty salon, Brasserie and beautifully landscaped gardens, all created to support connection, independence and quality of life.

The project builds on CCG’s extensive experience in the care sector. The construction and manufacturing group has delivered various complex care developments across the country, with South Queensferry set to be the first delivered on behalf of Northcare Scotland.
