Obituary: Bobby Black MBE

Dundee architect Bobby Black MBE has passed away at the age of 89.
An obituary published by The Courier today recalls Mr Black, former senior partner with Baxter Clark and Paul, as a “talented and kind” man.
Originally from Arbroath, he moved to Broughty Ferry in the 1960s and latterly spent much of his retirement in Lanzarote.
He worked on a range of prestigious projects, particularly in the north of Scotland.
Mr Black passed away on 21 May 2025.
