Edinburgh-based Peace Recruitment is marking one year since its management buyout (MBO) with a period of strong growth, strategic hiring, and renewed focus on supporting Scotland’s construction, property and engineering sector through specialist recruitment solutions.

Over the past year, Peace Recruitment has made a number of key hires, adding to an already strong team. In particular, the firm has expanded its construction team, bringing together some of the most experienced and capable recruiters in the Scottish construction market, namely Scott Reilly, Scott O’Malley and Adam Stobbart.

The company now offers one of its strongest ever line-ups, providing its clients with access to expert consultants across the built environment, including trades and labour.

“The past twelve months have been a milestone period for us,” said Alison Blake, COO of Peace Recruitment. “Following the MBO, we’ve invested heavily in people and culture, ensuring we continue to deliver the quality, transparency and partnership approach that our clients and candidates value.”

Peace Recruitment provides permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services across the full construction lifecycle from design professionals within architecture, surveying, civil & structural and M&E to site operations and commercial management staff and skilled trades and labour.

It also works closely with the public sector, including housing associations and local authorities. This comprehensive service offering, combined with deep sector knowledge, has cemented Peace Recruitment’s position as one of Scotland’s most trusted construction recruitment partners.

“Our focus is on long-term relationships and helping our clients deliver successful projects,” added Lewis Potter, director. “As we enter our new financial year, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead and confident in the strength of the team we’ve built.”

With Scotland’s construction industry showing resilience and ongoing demand for skilled professionals, Peace Recruitment is looking ahead to another year of sustainable growth and collaboration across the sector.
