Persimmon East Scotland appoints new head of customer care
Persimmon East Scotland has added to its customer service operation with the appointment of Lisa Riley as its new head of customer care.
Lisa joins Persimmon from Robertson Homes, where she was head of customer care, having spent five years with the firm. She brings with her a track record of managing high performing customer care teams, with more than ten years of customer service experience.
Lisa will provide overall leadership to the customer care team in East Scotland, ensuring the business continues to prioritise outstanding quality and service for our customers.
Commenting on her appointment, Lisa said: “I’m delighted to join the Persimmon East Scotland team and I’m looking forward to playing my part in ensuring quality and customer service remain at the heart of that we do.
