Persimmon Homes East Scotland appoints Mark Sinclair as new land director

Persimmon Homes East Scotland has appointed Mark Sinclair as its new land director.
Based in Bathgate, Mark brings more than 20 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, having worked extensively across the East Scotland region. He joins Persimmon from Bellway, where he also held the position of land director, and brings a wealth of market knowledge and strategic insight to his new role.
In his new position, Mark will lead Persimmon East Scotland’s land department, identifying and securing land opportunities that will support the company’s growth ambitions and delivery of high-quality, affordable homes.
The business currently has a strong presence across East Scotland, and Mark aims to expand its portfolio of new communities to help tackle Scotland’s housing emergency.
