Persimmon Homes West Scotland appoints Simon Fallon as technical director designate

Simon Fallon, a Barrhead engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, has been promoted to technical director designate at Persimmon Homes West Scotland.
Simon Fallon will now lead a 13-strong technical team based at the company’s Garthamlock headquarters.
In his new role, Mr Fallon will oversee the technical delivery of housing developments across Ayrshire, Dunbartonshire, Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Renfrewshire, helping to ensure the company continues to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient homes across the region.
Mr Fallon began his career in 2000 and joined Persimmon Homes in 2015 from a consultancy as a design engineer. He later progressed through the business, becoming Senior Engineer, Engineering Manager and then Technical Manager before taking up his latest role.
During his time with the housebuilder, he has played a key role in delivering a range of developments and supporting the firm’s growth across the West of Scotland.
