Persimmon West Scotland’s Annick Grange site, a major housing development in Irvine, has been awarded a Quality Recognition Award by Premier Guarantee, recognising the outstanding work of the site team led by site managers George Simpson and Stuart McKay.

Located in the heart of Ayrshire, Annick Grange is a successful and sustainable new community with 290 homes that have been designed to meet the needs of modern families. The development offers a range of two- to five-bedroom homes, catering to first-time buyers, growing families, and those looking to downsize.

The award from Premier Guarantee is the second year in a row that the commitment to quality and attention to detail of the Annick Grange team has been recognised with a Quality Recognition Award.

Premier Guarantee’s Craig Daniel and Neill Gourlay joined the local Persimmon team on site to see first-hand the quality of the new homes being constructed and present senior site manager George Simpson with the award.

George Simpson, senior site manager at Annick Grange, said: “We’re proud that the quality of our development has been recognised for the second year in a row and it’s a great recognition of the hard work and dedication shown by all our colleagues and contractors.

“We’re committed to maintaining these high standards and delivering a development that’s a positive addition to the local area.”

Chris Logan, Persimmon West Scotland managing director, added: “George and the entire site team continue to deliver the highest standards and that’s reflected in the feedback we get from local customers.

“With a wide variety of homes on offer, Annick Grange has something for everyone and we’re delighted to see it becoming firmly established as part of the Irvine community.”
