Raft of new contracts bring Marshall Construction order book to £50m

Marshall Construction’s Contracts Division has secured a busy 2021 workload so far, with a portfolio of new contracts totalling in excess of £50 million.

The firm said the contracts with a range of both new and long-standing clients showcase the company’s diverse capability and service range.

New contracts include:



  • The Range, Atlas Retail Park for Kier Property (Great Western Retail Park, Glasgow).
  • Bonded Warehouses for John Dewar & Sons Ltd (Poniel).
  • Maturation Warehouses for Chivas Brothers Ltd (Willowyard, Beith).
  • New Office for John Mitchell Haulage & Warehousing (Grangemouth).
  • Office Development for Tillicoultry Quarries (Kilbagie).
  • 24 residential Units within the Linen Quarter, Phase 3C Damask for Byzantian Developments (Dunfermline).
  • The Linen Quarter comprises a multi-phase redevelopment and conversion of Pilmuir Works. The residential and commercial development shall provide 157 apartments and a number of commercial units. Phase 1, 2 and 3A & 3B are currently under construction.
  • Luxury housing (Phase 2) for Athronhill Development Company (Athronhill near Milnathort).
