Savills adds to Glasgow engineering & design consultancy

Savills has continued to expand its engineering & design consultancy team with the appointment of directors in the firm’s property management division.

David Murray joins Savills’ Glasgow office from Pick Everard, where he was the M&E director for Scotland and has significant experience in building services design, sustainability and management. He will provide the full range of services covering technical consultancy, design projects and low carbon consultancy to expand and bolster Savills service offering in Scotland.

Stuart Mercer joins Savills as a director based in the firm’s Manchester office. Previously at CBRE, Stuart has extensive experience of building services consultancy including technical due diligence, asset management and design project. In recent years he has had a particular focus on commercial office refurbishment and fit-out, and development of industrial and distribution facilities.
