Taking place on Tuesday 11 August 2026, from 12:30 to 14:00 at a Glasgow city centre venue to be confirmed shortly, this exclusive session brings together senior leaders from across the Scottish construction sector for a focused, high-value discussion on one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: strategic leadership.
Leading the conversation is Professor Bill Minnis, recently Dean of the Business School at Stockton University, New Jersey. Many will remember Bill’s standout presentation at last year’s Scottish Construction Summit, where he challenged the industry to rethink its approach to leadership and long-term strategy.
In the lead-up to the roundtable event, Scottish Construction Now will host a Strategy Planning Survey, developed by Professor Minnis. The results — offering fresh, data-driven insight into the sector — will be revealed and explored during the roundtable.
