Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show returns to Glasgow this May
Scotland’s only consumer exhibition for self-builders, home renovators and improvers, the Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show, sponsored by self-build specialists Fleming Homes, is set to return to the SEC, Glasgow on 9-10 May 2026.

Topics covered include kitchens, bathrooms, home renovations, green energy, self-build, extensions, conversions, planning permission, interior design, renewable technologies, and project finance.
New for 2026
The 2026 show has two new experts presenting free seminars:

Marieanne Messenger, the award-winning interior architect and garden designer from Edinburgh-based Studio MA, will share the secrets of space planning. MarieAnne’s session will equip visitors with the skills needed to transform any space into a stylish sanctuary which reflects their personal style.
