The Scottish Housing Summit will bring together housing associations, local authorities, developers and industry bodies for a day dedicated to the issues shaping housing delivery in Scotland.

Running alongside the Scottish Construction Summit, the co-located format also opens up valuable crossover with the construction side of the industry, giving delegates access to both programmes under one roof.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in renewable heating, funding and compliance, Mark Potter, regional sales manager for Scotland at Kensa, works closely with housing providers and developers to deliver ground source heat pump solutions that support net zero goals, reduce carbon emissions, and help tackle fuel poverty.

Mark is an active member of several industry groups, including Heat Network Scotland, Greater Manchester Combined Authority Low Carbon Working Group, and is the Industry Lead with Centre for Net Zero’s High Density Buildings Working Group.
