Andy’s relocation this month is followed by the hiring of senior surveyor Alan McIntosh and graduate surveyor Benji Travis.

Andy, originally from Scotland, is relocating following 11 years in London, during which time he has been integral in creating and managing key client relationships including Aberdeen PLC, L&G and Shaftesbury Capital. In his new role, he will use this experience to form part of the Scotland PBC team’s leadership group, responsible for growing market share and providing the full suite of project and building consultancy services to clients. 

Specialising in building surveying, Alan McIntosh will be responsible for working with the team to deliver on recent business wins. The addition of Alan, Benji and the relocation of Andy will take the Scottish team to 10 across both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

I am excited to delve into the Scottish markets, reconnect with peers, friends and family.
