Announced at the recent Scottish Property Awards, the award will recognise the company that raises the highest level of funds over the next 12 months for a designated children’s charity project.

For its inaugural year, participants will support Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) and its More Than a Hospice Appeal, which aims to deliver a comprehensive redevelopment of Rachel House Hospice.

The initiative brings together SPIFOX, the Scottish Property Awards, and a major capital project focused on improving facilities for children and families facing life-shortening conditions.

To underline its commitment, SPIFOX has pledged to match the amount raised by the winning company, up to a maximum of £50,000.

The fundraising challenge will run through to the Scottish Property Awards ceremony in February 2027, where the inaugural winner will be announced.

Companies across the property and construction sectors are being encouraged to participate, with organisers highlighting the tangible impact the initiative will have.

Every pound raised will contribute towards providing vital care, comfort and dignity to children and their families during the most challenging times.
