Springfield Properties plans 360 new homes at Dykes of Gray

Springfield Properties plans to build 360 more houses at its Dykes of Gray development located on the edge of Dundee.
The developer has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice outlining a new development for the site, with a full planning application with detailed proposals expected to be submitted in the coming months.
Springfield Properties has already held an in-person drop-in session concerning the plans, but will hold an online consultation this week, with a second drop-in session for the public in December.
