Stewart Milne Homes scoops prestigious industry award for West Lothian development

Stewart Milne Devon Lane streetsceneHome builder Stewart Milne Homes was recognised at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2016 after collecting the coveted Development of the Year award for Devon Lane in West Lothian.

Set in the village of Winchburgh within the grounds of a 150-year-old farm steading, the development features 35 detached family homes, as well as three modern homes converted from the existing stone steadings.

The winners were announced at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland which saw hundreds of figures from across the house building and development industry gather at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow on 22 September 2016.
