In a trading update issued ahead of today’s AGM, the building services provider said it expects revenues and profits for 2017 to be ahead of current market expectations.

The firm had been forecast deliver revenues of £300 million and an underlying profit before tax of £6.1 m.

Recently secured projects include residential plumbing and heating schemes at Blantyre for Avant Homes and at Bearsden for Robertson Homes.

The firm said its confidence for the medium term is underpinned by an ability to secure significant projects in the markets where it operates.

It added: “Our direct workforce is valued by our clients and we believe this contributes to our success. We will continue to target opportunities to match planned capacity and resources with a focus on projects which further improve the margin profile of the business.”
