The JR Group hands over 17 new homes at Millerston development

The homes were completed as part of the construction firm’s first project with North Lanarkshire Council, transforming the former council depot into a vibrant new community of high-quality, modern and sustainable homes.

Designed by Colart Earley Architects, the 17 new homes comprise a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats, as well as a number of two-, three- and four-bedroom affordable family homes and a specially designed accessible bungalow, offering a diverse range of housing options.

These new homes feature renewable ground source heat pump systems, solar panels, triple glazing and advanced insulation, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency, lower carbon emissions and increased comfort for prospective tenants.
