Gina Colley, Neal Hemingway and Paul Hegarty have joined the board of Threesixty Architecture, as the practice reinforces its commitment to developing talent from within.
The appointments mark an important step in the continued growth of the certified B Corp business. Together, Gina, Neal and Paul bring extensive experience across regeneration, commercial, residential, infrastructure and public sector projects, helping clients deliver lasting value through design.
Gina Colley has led a wide range of regeneration and placemaking projects across Scotland, including work on the East Kilbride Town Hall and the Victorian Market Foodhall in Inverness.
She is also leading the production of Glasgow City Council’s Feminist Planning Toolkit with industry experts Marina Milosev and Dr. May East, helping shape more equitable approaches to planning and urban design. Her work is driven by the belief that successful places are designed in response to the diverse needs of the people who use them.
Neal Hemingway is currently leading the redevelopment of Buchanan Galleries, one of Scotland’s most significant city centre redevelopment projects.
Throughout his career, he has delivered a range of award-winning distillery and visitor destination projects, including the Port of Leith Distillery, The Dalmore Distillery and the Dundreggan Rewilding Centre. His work balances innovation with sensitivity, creating joyful, inclusive and resilient places.
Paul Hegarty has extensive experience delivering complex housing, infrastructure and asset improvement programmes. He currently leads the decarbonisation and modernisation of Scottish Power’s property portfolio and has played a key role in delivering major residential developments, including one of the largest social housing projects completed in the Highlands in recent decades.
Commenting on the appointments, Alan Anthony, managing director of Threesixty Architecture, said: “Gina, Neal and Paul have each played an important role in shaping the practice we are today. They combine strong design expertise with a genuine care for our clients, people and the places we help create.
“Their appointment reflects the talent we have within the business and gives us further strength as we continue to grow and deliver ambitious projects across the UK.”
As directors, Gina, Neal and Paul will help guide the future direction of the practice, continue to mentor emerging talent and champion the values that have underpinned Threesixty’s success for more than two decades.
