Harper Macleod’s Laura McCorquodale, a senior associate in the dispute resolution team who specialises in contentious construction, chaired the first event.

She said: “The cultivation of good working relationships is at the heart of the construction industry.

“HM Construction Club is designed, not only to allow attendees to keep up to date with and discuss issues affecting the industry, but to form new working relationships and to catch up with existing industry colleagues. There was a great turnout and the next seminar will take place in March.”
