Triple award success for Persimmon development in Irvine
Persimmon West Scotland’s Annick Grange development in Irvine has scooped its third major industry award in just over a year, cementing its reputation as one of the highest-quality housing sites in the country.
The site has been awarded a Quality Recognition Award by Premier Guarantee, marking the second accolade in just a few months and following on from a previous award won last year.
Led by senior site manager George Simpson and site manager Stuart McKay, the Annick Grange team has been praised for its attention to detail, commitment to high standards, and delivery of modern, energy-efficient homes.
Located in the heart of Ayrshire, Annick Grange is a thriving new community of 290 homes ranging from two- to five-bedrooms. The development caters to first-time buyers, growing families, and those looking to downsize – all with a focus on affordability, sustainability, and quality.
George Simpson, senior site manager at Annick Grange, said: “Winning a third award in just over a year is a fantastic achievement for the team. It reflects the effort and dedication of everyone working on site, from our colleagues to our contractors.
“We’re determined to keep up these high standards and ensure every home we deliver is something we can be proud of.”
Michael McCarron, Persimmon West Scotland construction director, added: “This is an outstanding recognition for George, Stuart, and the entire site team. To be honoured with three quality awards in such a short space of time speaks volumes about the consistency and professionalism of their work.
“Annick Grange is fast becoming one of Irvine’s most popular new communities, and these awards demonstrate the quality behind that success.”
The latest accolade further highlights Persimmon’s commitment to building high-quality, affordable homes across Scotland, with Annick Grange setting the benchmark for excellence in delivery.
