Whiteburn to build 12 new homes in Burntisland

Whiteburn Projects is to work in partnership with Ground Developments Ltd to build 12 new homes at The Grange, Burntisland.

The developer will commence its works on site in the New Year, with a coming soon campaign launched for those wanting to have the first opportunity to reserve a home.

Whiteburn Projects managing director, Eve McCurrich, said: “We are really pleased to be working with GDL to deliver The Grange. We have a longstanding working relationship with GDL and delivering this site plays to the strengths of both our companies. As the owner of the site, GDL has designed a range of homes, secured planning consent and completed the infrastructure. Whiteburn will build the homes and purchasers will have the experience of our tailored and dedicated customer service.

“The elevated site has stunning views out to Pettycur Bay and up the River Forth. GDL has designed a mix of bungalows and houses to take advantage of their location and to appeal to the local market. The Grange gives us a second live development in Fife and helps us strengthen our local supply chains.”

GDL’s managing director, Kevin Mackenzie, added: “It will be great to see The Grange launched for sale in 2023. Whiteburn is an award-winning housebuilder with similar values to our own, working together gives us peace of mind that our style of homes will be built to excellent quality. We value the expertise of the Whiteburn team in delivering The Grange for us.”

Eight of the 12 homes at The Grange are bungalows and each property is designed to make the most of its location and outlook. All homes at the development have garages and driveways, and each property also has a south facing lounge to allow buyers to admire the views.
