Why your next contract could start over lunch

In construction, relationships carry projects. Long before ground is broken, clients, contractors, consultants and funders need to trust one another, and that trust is rarely built on drawings and programmes alone. A business lunch gives you the space to ask another question, test an idea and understand what really matters to the person across the table, away from the site office and the formal meeting agenda.

For professionals meeting in Glasgow, The Superlative Collection brings together a choice of centrally located venues for different occasions and budgets, from an informal catch-up with a subcontractor to a more substantial client lunch.

Cuvée and Maison by Glaschu offer options in Princes Square, while The Duke’s Umbrella brings a relaxed dining setting to Argyle Street. If you’re looking to impress your guest, Glaschu sits on Royal Exchange Square and Gost Steakhouse is on Bothwell Street, close to Central Station, which is handy for guests travelling in from across Scotland.

Whether the conversation concerns a new main contract, a joint venture, a supply chain partnership, a development opportunity or the next stage of a growing firm, choosing the right setting can help it move forward.

The Superlative Collection Loyalty app makes organising that next lunch easier, with table booking and the ability to earn and redeem monetary rewards across its growing venues.
