Woodvale Projects has successfully completed the new clubhouse for Eastwood Twelve, Scotland’s second twelve-hole golf course situated in East Renfrewshire.

Appointed as principal contractor, Woodvale Projects produced the full build of the single-storey clubhouse, which features a modern reception area, 30-seat café, male and female changing rooms, and storehouse.

The building combines a contemporary timber-clad exterior with a pitched roof, creating a design that blends into the surrounding estate. Large glazed openings provide natural light to the café and reception area, while offering expansive views across the golf course.

This remarkable build led by Woodvale projects was completed in just 12 weeks and included the full structural build, internal fit-out, mechanical and electrical installations, and hard and soft landscaping. External works created a cobbled approach, pedestrian pathways, and grassed areas.

Accessibility was a key consideration, with level thresholds, wide circulation routes, and DDA-compliant sanitary facilities ensuring an inclusive environment for all users. Energy-efficient lighting, solar panels and insulation were specified to reduce the overall carbon footprint of the clubhouse.

“Completing this project within a tight 12-week programme required a high degree of coordination across all trades,” said Steven Lambie, director at Woodvale Projects. “We’re proud to see it finished to such a high standard and ready for use by members and visitors of Eastwood Twelve.”
