Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Job Summary-

All applicants must have previous experience in one or all of the following areas - Plant and Machinery operations under NPORS or CPCS card schemes along with being flexible, confident, basic level of I.T. Being a team player is a crucial element to these vacancies, Roles to start ASAP

Responsibilities and Duties-

You will be delivering & presenting courses at our fully equipped training centre or at client’s locations for one of Scotland leading training providers. Demonstrating best practice and maintaining the highest possible standards set out by various governing bodies. Supporting the business with developing of new and existing courses.

TRAINEE INSTRUCTOR PACKAGE-

Candidates will start on a trainee level wage learning delivery methods and content of courses before progressing into a full-fledged qualified instructor which is paid at £14.50ph for the first 12 weeks.

After successful probation period of 12 weeks a pay increase to £16ph will be offered for 6 months while training and completion of instructor’s criteria. During this time there will the expectation for you to learn, shadow and upskill alongside experienced instructors.

After 9 months a pay increase to £19.50ph will be offered to fully qualified instructors who have completed all relevant courses.

Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm : Friday 8am – 3.30pm
