MAINTENANCE OFFICER
(AHA Grade 4 £39,536 - £43,927 per annum plus Essential User Car Allowance). Pro rata if part time preferred.
Full time (35 hours) and 3 days Part-time posts available.
Angus Housing Association is a key provider of affordable housing for rent in Dundee and Angus. We have Offices in Arbroath and Dundee from which we manage over 2,000 houses.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled individual within our Property Management Team. This is a permanent position. The new post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of around 500 properties, with pro-rata property numbers for part-time post.
The person we are looking for should have several years’ experience of working in the construction sector, of which, some should have involved site supervision or quality control.
You should also possess good computing skills, be an excellent verbal and written communicator and preferably hold a relevant qualification and/or some experience of working in the Housing Association Sector.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
