We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Stock Condition and Energy Surveyor to join our Asset Management team. This important role involves surveying, assessing, collecting and reviewing housing stock data to help our management team plan future investment and ensure compliance with the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and the Tolerable Standard.
You will work across our diverse property portfolio, providing detailed and accurate reports that support long-term business planning and suitable assess management. You will also contribute to the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and provide energy efficient advice that supports our sustainability goals.
The successful candidate must be qualified Domestic Energy Assessors and will be expected to be a member of a recognised and relevant professional body, such as the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, or Chartered Institute of Builders (desirable).
You will require to have demonstrable experience in the asset, property, and/or commercial related sectors. As well as significant experience and knowledge of managing relevant large third-sector operations and developing practices and processes to support knowledge sharing and better business planning.
A full driving license is essential.
