Fourward Architecture

The first two phases of development at Edmonstone Estate have been outlined in a new application for matters specified in condition lodged with the City of Edinburgh Council.

Plans have been lodged with the City of Edinburgh Council to build a 266-bed student housing development at a former builder’s yard. Ardent Group and Fourward Architecture intend to demolish the existing buildings at the Russell Road site to make way for 56 apartments complete with reception, comm
