Royal Boskalis Westminster has been appointed as preferred contractor for the Inch Cape offshore wind farm project off the east coast of Scotland. The Dutch firm has signed an exclusive Pre-Construction Agreement (PCA) with Inch Cape Offshore Limited (ICOL), a subsidiary of Red Rock Power Ltd.
