Scottish Hospitals Inquiry

The Scottish Hospitals Inquiry will be holding its final planned evidence session in relation to the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People and the Department of Clinical Neurosciences (RHCYP/DCN) this month.

The senior lawyer for the public inquiry into hospitals in Scotland has resigned. Counsel to the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry Alastair Duncan KC left his role on Friday along with junior Victoria Arnott. Both are members of Axiom Advocates.
