Planning approval has been secured to refurbish and extend a Glasgow city centre office block. Proposals to double the size of the office building at 150 St Vincent Street were submitted for planning last year by Clearbell Property Partners IV, a fund managed by Clearbell Capital LLP. 

Proposals to double the size of the office building at 150 St Vincent Street in Glasgow have now been submitted for planning. Clearbell Property Partners IV, a fund managed by Clearbell Capital LLP, purchased the property from a fund managed by PineBridge Benson Elliot earlier this year.
