The Fife-based developer will deliver the next phase of its Sovereign Gate project on behalf of Aberdeenshire Council.

The work will involve the construction of eight one-bedroom flats, together with eight three-bedroom and four four-bedroom houses as part of the developer’s affordable housing obligation.

The contract includes both the acquisition of the land and the building of the homes.

Work on the wider 200-plus home Sovereign Gate development at West Road began in 2016.
