Bancon Group appoints Jamie Tosh as business operations director

Bancon Group has promoted Jamie Tosh to the position of business operations director in a move it said reflects the group’s commitment to enhancing its operational capabilities and further strengthening its leadership team.

The promotion sees Mr Tosh’s appointment to the Bancon Group operating board, where his operational expertise will contribute to shaping the company’s forward strategic direction. In his enhanced role, Mr Tosh will also continue to have operational oversight of all developments in the group’s Homes and Construction businesses.

As the operations director for Bancon Homes and Bancon Construction, Mr Tosh has consistently demonstrated his in-depth knowledge and expertise in the construction and house-building sectors. With 30 years of experience in the industry, he has built a reputation for his dedication to innovation, high-quality standards, safety, cost-efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
