Work is now underway to create Cala Homes’ (West) newest development in the North Lanarkshire suburb of Stepps.

Earls Rise is the latest development from the homebuilder where the construction team officially broke ground on 1st June.

The initial works on the eagerly-anticipated site will see foundations being laid, as well as creating the initial framework and access points.

Earls Rise will offer 58 four- and five-bedroom detached homes.

Jim Clinton, project manager at Cala Homes (West), said: “We are extremely happy to have broken the ground here at Earls Rise, and taking the first steps to make this stunning new development a reality.

“The new homes will give homeowners the best of both worlds thanks to the location and fantastic commuter links whilst also surrounded by open space and greenery.

“With work well underway, we’re looking forward to bringing our vision to life and introducing these new homes to the community.”

The first phase of homes released will be launched off-plan at the nearby Beatrice Meadows development in Kirkintilloch, expected this summer.
