CALA Homes hails record month of Aberdeen sales

cala homesCALA Homes (North) has reported sales revenue of £7.5 million for November, having sold ten houses across two of its Aberdeen developments.

Over the month, the housebuilder saw record sales at Rosefield Gardens, a collection of 73 four- and five-bedroom family homes in Cults, and at 550-home community Milltimber Grange at Oldford Village.

The successful month included the sale of CALA’s single Roxburgh style home at Oldfold Village, marketed at £1.2m.

Fraser Carr, sales and marketing Director at CALA Homes (North), said: “November has been an excellent month for us with a boost in sales and reservations on our homes across Aberdeen.

“It’s encouraging to see enquiries and sales moving in a positive direction. The quality of both our homes and locations that we are building in, such as Cults and Milltimber, is a huge attraction to customers. Despite the local economy remaining uncertain, we’re attracting good visitor levels across our developments and our turnover this month is proof that there is still a good underlying demand for luxury homes in the area.

“We were excited to launch the first phase of Oldfold Village and have had a fantastic amount of interest from homebuyers in the past few days. We also plan to bring several community facilities to the area, so we anticipate a steady level of interest throughout as this landmark development continues to progress.”
