Care home planned on Prestwick golf practice range

An outline planning application has been submitted for the intention to build a 60-bedroom care home and up to 23 assisted living flats on the practice range at Prestwick St Cuthbert Golf Club.

Care home developer Northcare Scotland Ltd also hopes to deliver car parking and a community garden at the junction of East Road and Fairway View.
The company is inviting comments ahead of a formal planning application via email to r.finc@cundall.com.
Two public consultation events will also be held between 2pm and 7pm on both Wednesday, May 3 and Wednesday, May 24 at Prestwick St Cuthbert Clubhouse in East Road.
