Clark Contracts appointed to multi-trades contractors framework

Renfrewshire Council has appointed Clark Contracts to its multi‑trades contractors framework, supporting the delivery of repair, maintenance and refurbishment services to domestic properties across the local authority area.

The framework will run until 2027 and covers a range of multi‑trade works, enabling Renfrewshire Council to deliver both responsive and planned maintenance services across its housing stock.

Clark Contracts are already appointed to several public sector frameworks and agreements, including Scotland Excel’s New Build Residential Framework, NHS National Services Scotland’s Minor Works Framework, Crown Commercial Service’s Construction Framework, and Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) frameworks for Public Buildings, New Build Housing, Fire Safety – Cladding Remediation and Refurbishment and Modernisation.

The contractor is also appointed to framework agreements with the University of Glasgow, the City of Edinburgh Council, Glasgow City Council, SSE, Link Group and Wheatley Group.

Gordon Cunningham, managing director at Clark Contracts, said: “Building on our strong track record of delivering more than £200 million in refurbishment projects over the past three years, we are pleased to have been appointed to Renfrewshire Council’s framework. As a Paisley‑based business, we are proud to be supporting the council and delivering refurbishment and maintenance services that directly benefit local communities. We look forward to working collaboratively to deliver projects through this framework.”
