Clark Contracts appointed to £300m property maintenance and refurbishment framework

Scotland Excel has appointed Clark Contracts to its £300 million Property Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework.

The contractor has been appointed to the multi-trade lot of the framework, which will run until June 2025, with the option to extend this until 2027.

The framework will cover a range of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment services to commercial and domestic properties for Scotland Excel members, which includes local authorities, housing associations, Registered Social Landlords, and a selection of other public sector bodies, across Scotland.



Clark Contracts is already appointed to Scotland Excel’s New Build Residential Framework, as well as several other public sector frameworks including NHS National Services Scotland’s Minor Works Framework, Crown Commercial Services Construction Framework, Scottish Procurement Alliance’s Frameworks for Public Buildings and New Build Housing, as well as agreements with Fusion21, the University of Glasgow and The City of Edinburgh Council.
