Real estate advisor CBRE has unveiled two new appointments for its Aberdeen office.

Dominic Millar has joined both the advisory and transactions and rating teams, and Lewis McManus joins the UK project management and building consultancy team.

Relocating from CBRE’s Glasgow office, Dominic started his property career as an apprentice surveyor in 2019 and was based in the firm’s property management team. Since then, Dominic has gained a vast amount of experience within the sector and has worked closely alongside clients such as Schroders Real Estate, CBRE Investment Management and AXA.

Currently in his third year of university, Dominic will continue undertaking a graduate apprenticeship with CBRE whilst working from the Aberdeen office. He will retain his property management work and take on new responsibilities for both the advisory and transactions and rating teams.

Graduate building surveyor Lewis McManus has transferred to the Aberdeen office from the Edinburgh office. He joined CBRE in October last year following his graduation from Glasgow Caledonian University with a first-class honours degree in building surveying and will remain working in the project management and building consultancy team.

Derren McRae, head of office in Aberdeen, said: “Both Dominic and Lewis are hugely talented individuals with bright futures ahead, so we are delighted they’ve decided to relocate to the Aberdeen office and strengthen our offering.

“They will both make fantastic additions to the teams they’re joining and will continue to gain invaluable experience through working with our high-profile networks of clients and projects.”
