Emtec to provide full M&E services at Robertson’s £18m packaging facility in Livingston

Emtec Building Services has been awarded the contract for the full M&E services for Project Alba with Robertson Group.

The project includes the refurbishment of an existing distribution warehouse in Livingston to provide a new cardboard and packaging facility for SAICA.

A spokesperson for Emtec said: “The project is a joint venture with Emtec Building Services and Emtec Fire Systems and will showcase the full offering of our M&E and life safety systems capabilities. The M&E project value is £7m and has recently commenced on site with a completion date of November 2021.

“This continues our strong working relationship with Robertson Group and provides a further opportunity to collaborate with our sister companies and client design team.”
