Gleeds secures places on £3.5bn framework as supplier
Gleeds, the international property and construction consultancy, has been selected as a supplier on the £3.5 billion Construction Professional Services 2 (CPS2) framework by Government Commercial Agency.
Replacing the former RM6165 agreement, the framework which is for a four-year period will continue until February 2030 and will give central government departments as well as wider UK public sector bodies the opportunity to receive technical advisory services for construction projects.
Gleeds secured places on multi-disciplinary (Lot 1) - General Infrastructure & Built Environment, (Lot 3) - Project Management and (Lot 4) - Commercial Management.
Simon Williams, UK operations director at Gleeds, said: “CPS2 represents a strategic investment in UK construction capabilities, so our appointment positions us at the heart of national priorities. Competition for places was predictably strong, but Gleeds has a long track record of success with GCA which allowed us to draw on and apply the learning and experience we’ve gleaned over the past 12 years.”
The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is the UK’s key commercial and procurement organisation, working to connect the public and private sectors.
