Holmes Miller launches sustainability charter
Holmes Miller has outlined its approach to sustainability with the launch of a new charter.
The practice said its Sustainability Charter will showcase its vision to “craft architecture that creates only positive impact to the community and the environment”.
A message on its website reads: “Sustainability rests at the core of our business, informing the way we work and the buildings we design. As a member practice of the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge, we have committed to the annual review and publication of our Sustainability Charter, which sets out the standards we will meet in the operation of our practice, and the approach to design we will embrace with our clients.
“Our obligation to review and set increasingly onerous targets annually, will ensure we continue to challenge our approach, refine our delivery and positively address the climate agenda.”
