An open day has been held for a new housing development in Primrose Place, Alloa.

The development is a partnership project between Kingdom Housing Association, Clackmannanshire Council, and The Scottish Government and was developed in collaboration with Architecture and Design Scotland (A&DS), Bracewell Stirling Consulting, University of Stirling and Campion Homes to create dementia-friendly designed new homes.

The 60 new homes have taken a derelict town centre site and transformed it into this stunning development.

Thanking its site manager Derek Kyles and his team, Campion Homes said it was proud to have built this development that will assist the new tenants to continue independent living in their own energy-efficient, thoughtfully designed homes.
