JHE names new health and safety manager
Garry Eggo
John Heaney Electrical (JHE) has named Garry Eggo as its new health and safety manager.
Eggo was most recently in a similar role with commercial groundworks and civil engineering firm Carmichael and Baxter in Cupar.
Eggo brings much experience to the mechanical and electrical services specialist having also formerly worked with INEOS at its Grangemouth refinery and ExxonMobile’s chemical plant at Mossmorran in Fife.
Residing in Glenrothes, Eggo is replacing the retiring Matt Bamford.
Eggo said: “The first impressions of the company have been very good. It is really well run, well organised and there has been a great handover.
“I’m looking forward to adding value to the business. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming and that has helped me settle in.”
Mark Heaney, the managing director, said: “Garry has excellent credentials, interviewed well and was the stand out candidate through what was a thorough selection process.
“He will be a welcome addition to the team and as well as health and safety, he will be involved in quality assurance as well.”
