Kevin Miller joins Whitecross Building Consultancy as project manager
Chartered building surveyor Whitecross Building Consultancy has appointed Kevin Miller as project manager as part of its continued business expansion.
Whitecross, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, is a thriving building consultancy advising clients throughout the UK from offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The business has grown considerably with staff numbers increasing by over 200% in order to keep up with demand and activity from clients.
Kevin will be working on key projects for Whitecross, including project managing the fit-out of space technology company Spire Global’s new premises at Glasgow’s Skypark, along with being involved in a number of forthcoming large projects in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London.
Whitecross provides specialist building consultancy and project management services across all sectors of the commercial property industry, from large industrial and office space to leisure and retail, and acted for David Samuel Properties Ltd on the acquisition of the Malt Portfolio in one of the biggest deals of its type seen in Scotland last year.
Managing director, Graeme Scott, said: “We have enjoyed a very successful first 10 years in business thanks to our valued and loyal clients, and it’s great to welcome Kevin to the Whitecross team at such an exciting time. We are currently working on a number of high profile projects across the UK and with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Kevin will be a great asset to our clients.”
