Kilmac has been awarded the groundworks package for the construction of the new Aldi in Broughty Ferry on behalf of Hall and Partners.

The budget supermarket secured planning consent for the build after its planning appeal was upheld by the Scottish Government in 2020.

The store at Tom Johnston Road will be the fourth Aldi outlet in Dundee.

Kilmac said it demonstrated the expertise, commitment, and capability required for this project during a rigorous selection process.

A spokesperson added: “We are delighted to have secured this contract with Hall and Partners and are eager to commence work on the groundworks package for the new Aldi in Broughty Ferry. This project marks another milestone in our successful partnership with Hall and Partners, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results.”
