Double celebrations have been held at Dynamic Property Services after the firm was crowned ‘Scotland’s Best All Trades Firm’ at the Scottish Home Improvement Awards 2023 for the second year running.
The formal black-tie ceremony, which took place on 29th September at Glasgow’s Doubletree by Hilton hotel, is one of Scotland’s biggest industry trade event, which saw more than 1,500 companies compete for the coveted awards.
Dynamic Property Services is based in Loanhead and was set up five years ago by Ross Barr. The company carries out both residential and commercial building work and employs all tradespeople in-house. Dynamic Property Services currently has a workforce of 19 employees, from office staff, to joiners and electricians.
Ross said: “I was delighted last year, but to win it again is just fantastic. It hasn’t really sunk in yet!
“I just want to say thanks to everyone who voted for us and everyone at the Scottish Home Improvement Awards for recognising us in this way. I also want to pay tribute to our amazing team at Dynamic Property Services who put in the hard graft, day in and day out.
“We’ve previously won Best Joinery Firm, but to win Best All Trades two years in a row means a lot to me personally and to the whole team.”
Since Dynamic Property Service was set up, the company has expanded and has seen an increase in demand for its services.
Ross said: “The business is growing quicker than I had ever imagined. Last year we opened a shop in Loanhead to bring us closer to our customers and it seems to be working.
“I think people like to use Dynamic Property Services as we basically take care of everything from start to finish. We’re also accountable for all the work and it’s much easier to deal with one point of contact than to organise several different tradespeople to complete the job.
“It has been a great five years so far and winning the Best All Trades Firm award two years running is definitely one of the highlights!”
