Matthew Ansell and David Keith of Bracewell
Bracewell has strengthened its presence and architectural expertise across Scotland with the opening of a new Edinburgh office and the appointment of Matthew Ansell as senior associate.
Located at 40 Constitution Street, Leith, the new office represents an important milestone in Bracewell’s continued development, providing a dedicated base to work more closely with clients, partners and project teams across Edinburgh, the Lothians and the east of Scotland.
Matthew brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture and masterplanning, with expertise spanning residential development, regeneration, heritage and complex placemaking projects. He has held senior positions at leading Scottish architectural practices, including META Architecture and Michael Laird Architects, where he has led multidisciplinary teams and overseen projects from concept through to completion.
The Edinburgh office builds on Bracewell’s established presence across Scotland, reflecting increasing demand for its architectural, masterplanning and energy & sustainability services. The expansion will strengthen the practice’s ability to respond to opportunities across the housing, retail, industrial, commercial, public sector and regeneration sectors.
