Persimmon North Scotland has bolstered its customer service operation with the appointment of a new customer care office manager.

Gillian Hewitt joins from the company’s West Scotland region, where she has spent the last 11 years, including eight years in Customer Care and three within construction delivery.

She brings with her a track record of managing high performing customer care teams, having amassed more than ten years of customer service experience. Gillian will lead the team in North Scotland, ensuring the business continues to prioritise outstanding quality and service for customers.

Gillian’s passion for construction and customer service has seen her become a well-known name within the home builder’s offices – and with new home owners across the country.

Commenting on her new role, Gillian said: “I am delighted to join Persimmon North Scotland and I’m looking forward to working with the team to ensure that customer service remains at the heart of what we do.

“Purchasing a new home is a significant commitment, so it is crucial that we offer our customers excellent service from the time they choose their new home to moving day and beyond.”
